As a kid it can be rough because your voice is maturing and you aren’t sure how to use your voice. However, reading this article is a step in the right direction to learning how to sing!

  1. You first need to figure out what type of music suits you best. Everyone is different, and it’s important that you know what genre fits your voice correctly. Try singing along to songs you like and seeing which ones are easiest and hardest to sing.

  3. Do musicals and practice whenever you can. Practice is the key.

Do Re Mi Fa So La Ti Do~~ Range, one element that is needed to be a successful singer. Everyone’s range is different. So, how do you find yours? Here are some easy steps to try out

  1. Force a scream. It will give you a little more flexibility in your voice. See how high you can go.
  2. Sing the Do Re Mi Fa So La Ti Dooooooo! Usually, the last Do is the hardest. If you can reach the last Do, CONGRATULATIONS you have a high range.
  3. Sing Do Ti La So Fa Mi Re Do. This should test your lower range. If you can do this step and step 2 flawlessly, you have excellent range.
  4. Try singing along to a song or two which has a lot of range involved. If you’re shy, record yourself. If you’re not, sing to your best friend or family. Read more
